The effectiveness of a hair transplant will depend on how your scalp takes to the new hair that is put in place. The hairs used are ideally permanent although this should be evaluated on a case-by-case basis as there are considerations, such as the lifespan of the original donors hair (if it’s not your own) and how accepting your body is of the treatment.

Saline or Silicone gel breast implants?

Both saline and silicone gel breast implants are safe. Most people nowadays prefer silicone gel implants as they do not rupture like saline implants. This is because a tear will not cause the implant to burst, unlike saline implants which contain salt water. For a professional recommendation in regards to the best type of implants for you please Book an appointment.

Should I get laser treatment or a face lift?

Face lifts are generally performed on patients who are over fifty, while individuals as young as twenty can opt for laser treatment for fine lines and wrinkles. Laser treatments are a great preventive and reactive measure to treat pigmentation, wrinkles and the first signs of aging. A face lift is perfect for individuals who already have skin that has sagged due to age.

Both procedures are effective, although depending on the problems you are trying to address one may be better for you. To determine this, we kindly ask that you visit Norwood Day Surgery in Adelaide and speak to one of our experienced surgeons.

Please note that the results of every procedure will vary from patient to patient. Norwood Day Surgery can neither predict nor guarantee success, please book a consultation to find out if this procedure is right for you.
