Dr Ramon Baba

Dr Ramon Baba is a fully qualified specialist Oral and Maxillofacial surgeon and aesthetic surgeon. A Perth native, he studied dentistry at UWA before practicing in Australia, the UK, and New Zealand He subsequently studied medicine at the University of Queensland before returning to WA for his surgical training in 2009. As an intern he was awarded the prize for practicing with the greatest compassion at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital. He spent 2 years in the fields of plastic surgery and general surgery before commencing his specialist training. The WA training program is renowned for its intensive trauma workload and through this he developed extensive experience in both acute trauma management and post-traumatic facial reconstruction.

After completing training in 2018 he undertook further fellowship training overseas in the fields of rhinoplasty, aesthetic surgery, and orthognathic surgery, studying with Dr Yong Ju Jang in Korea and Dr Mehmet Manisali in the UK. He then further developed his skills and was able to learn from eminent Australian cosmetic surgeon Dr Cary Kailis.
